Balance between the three dimensions increases well-being and satisfaction
SISCOG recognizes that a healthy balance between professional, family, and personal life is essential for employee well-being, quality of life, satisfaction, and personal and professional development. For the organization, this balance fosters greater engagement, productivity, and alignment with strategic goals.
In 2019, SISCOG joined the Portuguese Government’s pioneering Pact for Conciliation, the first initiative to engage a group of companies and public bodies in implementing practices that support work-life balance.
Each year, SISCOG defines a dedicated plan, outlining objectives, actions, responsibilities, and deadlines. This plan reflects stakeholder input and aligns with the company’s strategy, covering areas such as training, employee satisfaction and well-being, and organizational attractiveness. SISCOG maintains an Integrated Management System that includes the principles of NP 4552 – the standard for Conciliation between Professional, Family and Personal Life.
