• Maintain and improve existing design guidelines, standards, and best practices
• Communicate design ideas using wireframes, interactive prototypes and mockups
• Design, deliver, and iterate on new end-to-end experiences, and improve the user experience for our existing solutions
• Facilitate user research and user testing sessions

• Bachelor, Master Degree or relevant experience in a related field
• Experience in web design, with a good understanding of color and responsive layouts
• Experience in UX design
• Proficiency in web languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Capacity in using wireframes and prototyping tools such as InVision Studio, but also in showing design ideas through presentations, storyboards, and user flows
• Knowledge of common Design Systems and UI libraries such as Material Design and Bootstrap
• Analytical capacity to solve complex problems
• Proficiency in English
• Team spirit

• Strong communication skills
• Creativity and strong initiative skills
