Technical Writer - Lisbon (Ref. TW.L.01/2021)

We are looking for someone that will help us to develop and update user manuals, create online help files, publish and manage technical documentation for internal and external clients and collaborate with the software development team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Translation, Information Technologies or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Technical Writer and/or in the preparation/review of technical documentation, preferably in a software house environment
• Proficiency in English, namely written (mandatory)
• Knowledge of RoboHelp or similar tools.
• Knowledge of JIRA and Confluence (nice to have)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS and XML (nice to have)
• Knowledge of basic image editing tools
