HUMAN RESOURCES TECHNICAL ASSISTANT - LISBON

Job Description

As a Human Resources Technical Assistant,
you will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and Recruitment
  • Support performance evaluation process
  • Support employees throughout the HR life cycle
  • Launch and manage internal communication activities
  • Contribute to a positive work environment
    and promote teamwork

What you must have

  • Degree in Human Resources Management, 
    Social and Organizational Psychology or 
    Labour Sociology
  • At least 3 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good negotiating and conflict management skills
  • Fluency in English
