This project is competing under the Agro-Industry 4.0 category, one of the European priorities to support innovation in the agriculture sector, and extracts knowledge from large volumes of data through the application of Artificial Intelligence and Data Science techniques. The data is obtained through combined remote sensing techniques with drones, satellites and sensors in the field. The knowledge generated supports farmers' decisions in the planning and management of agricultural production.
AI4RealAg is a joint project between SISCOG, INIAV (Portuguese Institute of Agricultural and Veterinary Research) and Beyond Vision (a technological company that produces drones), and co-financed by European Union funds (project sheet).
