The SISCOG's 2003 internal meeting took place on the 14th of April at Ericeira, a fishing village 50 km northwest of Lisbon. Ericeira is famous for its beautiful beaches, located where the high cliffs of the rocky coast meet the Atlantic Ocean.
SISCOG team took this day out of the office to analyse last year results and achievements, to have a global perspective of the projects under development, to learn from other colleague's experiences, to set goals for the future, and to award those "siscoguians" who were considered excelent in the categories of Creativity, Team Spirit, Commitment, Organization, and Quality.
Once again the personal environment was extremely positive, and when returning home, everyone had the same feeling of having spent a very nice and useful day.
