In December, SISCOG’s team spent one day at the Hotel Club d’Azeitão in Arrabida Natural Park. This was an opportunity to gather people in an informal and relaxed environment, to make the balance of 2004 and discuss the plans for 2005. In the afternoon, a workshop took place involving all the persons, allowing them to express opinions about several important themes: code quality, productivity, communication, motivation and service provided to the internal client.
